TERMS OF SERVICE:
POLICIES
& PROCEDURES
We are
so glad you have decided to use Adventures in Canine
Training to help
with your training needs! As with anything, we
have a few rules and regulations that we must adhere to
in order to maintain our business. Please read the
following thoroughly and let us know if there are any
questions or concerns.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
In Home Training Services
All
In Home Training
services require payment when you meet with your trainer
for the first time.
If you purchase a
3-Pack (3 In Home Lessons), packages must be
paid in full to your trainer on your first
lesson. If you choose to pay as you go, payment is
required to be paid to your trainer on your first
lesson. You may pre-pay for any in home training
services but it is not required. Refunds are not
granted after the first lesson has been completed for
any In Home Training service.
Group Classes
All
Group
Classes
require either full payment upon enrollment or a deposit
in order to hold your spot in a class. Specific
instructions and pricing is given upon enrollment of a
class online. Refunds are granted if the class
instructor is notified 14 days prior to the classes
starting date. If it is 14 or fewer days prior to
a class start date no refunds will be granted. No
refunds are given after the first class.

Completion of Training
services
In Home Training Services
If you
have chosen
a 3-Pack (3 In Home
Lessons),
you must complete all three of your
lessons within 75 days (10 weeks) from the
date you start your first lesson. If the lessons
are incomplete within this time frame any remaining
lessons are forfeited and no refunds will be granted.
Group Classes
If you join a group
class you are not obligated to complete the course,
however the class will only benefit you and your dog if
you are able to attend all classes. No refunds are
offered after the first class.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS (In
Home Training Services)
If you fail to be home when a trainer shows up for a
scheduled lesson the lesson will be counted as complete
and deducted from your training 3-pack.
You may reschedule a lesson if you cannot be at the
original scheduled appointment (for whatever reason).
You must contact your trainer no fewer than 4 hours
prior to a scheduled lesson in order to reschedule.
If you cannot reschedule in this time frame the lesson
will be counted as complete and deducted from your
training 3-pack.
If you did not purchase a 3-pack and are paying as you
go or meeting for a single lesson, your next scheduled
appointment will have a $20 cancellation fee added to
the normal training fee.

REFUNDS
No refunds are given for any reason for any type of
training service, except for the unfortunate death of
the dog that is currently involved in the training.
Other refund policies are detailed above.

RETURNED CHECKS
Any
check returned due to insufficient funds will accrue a
$30 fee plus the amount of the original check.
Payments, in this case, must be made by cash or money order no later
than 30 days from the date you are notified of the
returned check.

COMMUNICATION
We encourage all of our clients to
contact their trainer with any questions, suggestions,
concerns or the like during and/or after their training.
Our trainers will offer any help necessary between
training lessons/classes via emai, text and/or phone.
Do not hesitate to contact your trainer at any time for
any reason. We are here to help with every aspect
of your dog's training!
